Harvard Psychiatrist Publishes Revolutionary Information that Leads the World Out of the Dark Ages of Psychiatry with The Truth

Why did I select "Brain Energy" as one of the books to be featured in The Longevity Library's First Collection?

Dr. Chris Palmer, a psychiatrist at Harvard who produced revolutionizing research in the field of psychiatry and concluded that: Mental Disorders Are Metabolic Disorders of the Brain

The book cover states that Brain Energy is “A Revolutionary Breakthrough in Understanding Mental Health - and Improving Treatment for Anxiety, Depression, OCD, PTSD, and More.”

My mental health and I have been on quite the adventure, and the systemic failure of The Dark Ages of Psychiatry was telling me that I had a chronic mental health diagnosis, but after listening to a conversation between Tim Ferriss and Dr. Chris Palmer on a podcast called The Tim Ferriss Show, I glimpsed at the possibility of not having to live with bipolar disorder forever.

If you or anybody you know is suffering from mental health issues - depression, anxiety, ADHD, alcoholism, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, autism, or even schizophrenia - this book can change your life.

NOTE: (I am not a doctor and I don't give medical advice. PLEASE ALWAYS consult your doctor before making any changes to your medication and treatment.)

Dr. Palmer’s shared case studies with Tim that led me to understand that it was possible to make small lifestyle changes, fine-tune my physiology, and elevate my mental health to a level where symptoms were not crippling and even go into remission.

That’s not to say that I have implemented these changes flawlessly…(see How To Do the Work by Dr. Nicole LePera - also featured in the Longevity Library - for help in taking full responsibility for your choices and your life.)

I always like to take a peek at the Table of Contents when considering buying a book, so here is "Brain Energy’s":
